TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Renter must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to rent a vehicle. 

• The Renter must provide a full UK driving licence and proof of home address for the named driver. This must be provided prior to collection of the vehicle.

• The Rental Vehicle shall not be driven by any other person than the named driver(s). An additional fee will be incurred if an additional named driver is required.

• The hire charge is inclusive of VAT and a 300 mile daily limit. Unlimited mileage is charged at £25 per day.

• All vehicles will be full of fuel upon collection. Fuel used should be replaced by the renter on return.

• The Renter will make full payment plus a compulsory £200 deposit prior to, or upon collection of, the vehicle, as agreed at the time of booking.

• The compulsory £200 deposit is refundable upon inspection of the vehicle on its return. 

•  The Renter will sign the full Rental Agreement provided, agreeing to the terms of use. This document can be emailed prior to collection of the vehicle. 

• Cancellation of any hire 48 hours prior to the hire period beginning, will incur a charge of 50% of the entire rental fee. Cancellation of any hire within 12 hours of the hire period beginning will incur 100% charge of the agreed rental fee.
